Rog Library enriched with a wall mural by illustrator Matija Medved
The children's corner at Rog Library will soon be adorned with a wall mural by illustrator Matija Medved. Join us on Wednesday, October 16th at 10 AM at Rog Library.
Almost a year ago, a new branch of the Ljubljana City Library opened in Center Rog, quickly becoming one of the most popular and visited libraries in Ljubljana.
Since the youngest visitors also come to Center Rog, we invited them to accompany the mural in the library to life in the company of the illustrator. Illustrator and designer Matija Medved drew inspiration for the mural from the joy that reading books brings. The calming motif of a reader in a landscape will surely inspire young readers even more for journeys through literary worlds.
The mural was supported by the HELIOS brand.
We will unveil it completely on Wednesday, October 16th at 10 AM at the Rog Library (Center Rog, 1st floor) and bring the new mural to life.
