The Public Institute Center Rog disclaims any responsibility for any damages suffered by users or other visitors to the Center Rog due to the use of labs in Center Rog and the use of equipment installed in Center Rog labs. Users of the lab must adhere to the instructions for use and house rules, and they should not cause any damage. Each user is responsible for any intentional damage caused to the lab and equipment during its use. Users are informed of the lab's condition and potential hazards during training sessions. Therefore, Center Rog is not liable for any damage that may occur to users during the use of the rented lab. The Public Institute Center Rog ensures that instructions for using installed equipment and house rules will be available at all times in individual labs.

All users, program and project partners, and other visitors to the labs in Center Rog confirm, by applying for the use of space in Center Rog and the equipment installed in it, that they are adequately trained or possess the necessary knowledge and experience to safely use the space and equipment in Center Rog. They also confirm that they are familiar with the instructions for using the installed equipment available in Center Rog.

Personal Data Protection Policy

Center Rog recognizes the importance of privacy and strives to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. We process personal data carefully in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and internal regulations on personal data protection. Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes stated in the processing purpose.

We do not share personal data with individuals outside the organization or with other organizations and/or unauthorized persons. With external collaborators, with whom we cooperate for the smooth running of operations (providing IT services, maintenance/services of application software, agencies for optimizing our website), we have contracts in accordance with legislation, our internal rules and procedures, and with appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data. External collaborators can use your personal data only for purposes specified in the contract and in accordance with our instructions.

Transferring personal data to third countries:

Personal data collected from you will be processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the USA. In the USA, data is transferred only if you share your data via social networks, agree to the installation of cookies for tracking statistics and marketing, and if you subscribe to receive e-notifications, for the sending of which we use the Mailchimp web platform, The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. In this case, only your name, surname, home, and email address are shared. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storage, or processing. We will take all necessary measures to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with applicable legislation and our internal regulations.

Internet data transmission is not entirely secure. While we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Upon receiving your data, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

How we protect your personal data:

We have established legal, technical, and organizational procedures and measures to ensure the protection of your data in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. Employees who use or otherwise process them are committed to carefully protect them in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation and our internal rules. All external collaborators are also bound by contract to this.

Sharing personal data via social networks:

Our website includes integrated content sharing buttons via social networks. Only if and when you click on an individual content sharing button on our website, a direct link is established between your browser and the server of the operator of the respective social network. According to the operators of social networks, no personal data is obtained from social networks without clicking on individual content sharing buttons. Such data, including the IP address, is obtained and processed only for logged-in users. If you do not want your visit to our website to be associated with your individual user account on a social network, log out of the user account of the respective social network. Note that we are not informed by the operators of social networks about the content of the data transmitted and their use. You can always file a complaint with the supervisory authority against our decision on your request.

In the event of violations of personal data protection, Center Rog will immediately implement all internal and external procedures and measures (including technical and organizational) to protect the individual's rights. We will also inform the supervisory authority and the individual in accordance with applicable law.
