Elodie Bouscarat is a sustainable food business consultant and founder of Foodup.brussels, Cookwork, and Foodcomm. Based in Brussels, she has 15 years of experience in strategic communications for European, French, and Belgian institutions. Elodie offers consulting services for launching and developing food businesses, providing support in areas such as digital marketing, launch strategy, food safety, food product development and more. She has also created a sustainable ecosystem, including an incubator program, consulting services, professional kitchen rental, and a podcast for food entrepreneurs. Elodie was here through Makers in Residency programme helping us to develop our Culinary Lab.
