Training: Combination Machine / Part 1 - Circular Saw

The universal combination woodworking machine, or simply "combination machine," includes five woodworking operations. With this machine, you can process and prepare both solid wood and sheet materials for the creation of final products.

In Part 1 of the combination machine training, we will focus on the circular saw, the most versatile woodworking tool. The circular saw allows for operations such as longitudinal and cross-cutting of solid wood, panel cutting, angled cuts, and groove and dado cuts. You will learn why and how to use the machine, basic woodworking techniques, and essential safety practices.

Participants should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time in the main lobby of Center Rog. Please store your personal belongings in the lockers indicated by the mentor. Late arrivals may disrupt the workflow, and access to the lab cannot be guaranteed.

The program is conducted in Slovenian unless otherwise specified.

If the training is canceled, you will be notified two days before the scheduled start.

If you cannot attend, fees are non-refundable, and rescheduling is not possible. However, participation can be transferred to another person. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the program starts via email at les@center-rog.si.
