Laying tiles on a community portrait
31. 5. 2025

As part of the first Neighbor’s Day, which took place in June 2024, we began creating ceramic tiles. On the tiles, neighbors, workshop participants, course attendees, lab users, and visitors of Center Rog draw their self-portraits, and together we are creating a collective community portrait.
Some of the tiles have already been installed on the wall in the Park of the Erased, and on May 31, 2025, we will add approximately 200 more tiles that were drawn throughout 2024.
You are warmly invited to join us in co-creating the community mosaic – a portrait of the Center Rog community.

On Saturday, June 7, Neighbor’s Day will take place all day in the Park of the Erased. This is an event that connects residents of the neighborhood as well as organizations, associations, institutions, and other initiatives from the surrounding area – and also those who may not be direct neighbors but feel like they are. It is dedicated to relaxed socializing, connecting, and engaging in various activities that we will prepare together. On this day, Center Rog will open its doors wide and offer numerous free workshops, guided tours of the building and labs, sports activities, a community picnic, a swap market, all running until the evening, when we’ll wrap up the day with a concert.
