RogExpo Exhibition

You are invited to visit the annual RogExpo exhibition, showcased across all three floors of the glass annex at Center Rog.

The exhibition features selected works created during the first year of Center Rog's operation, developed in its production laboratories and residency programs. The diverse array of objects was crafted by both amateur makers and professional designers. Innovative design pieces from our project studios and residency programs are displayed alongside bold, youthful creations developed by participants in the Mladi Rog program and exquisite group projects born in the relaxed atmosphere of evening workshops – ranging from lace-making to experimenting with biomaterials.

Thematically, the exhibited objects align with this year's theme for the RogDesignDays festival, under the slogan "What Can We Learn from Our Ancestors?"

Curators Alja Fir and Anja Radović based their selection on a maker-oriented concept of creativity, which can be developed anywhere as part of daily life and nurtured through practical experience, curiosity, resourcefulness, and collaboration. This understanding of creativity includes all people, regardless of their social status, gender, age, education, or cultural background.

The exhibition will be open until February 8, 2025.
