Study visits to Center Rog - 2026 edition

Step into Europe's largest makerspaces in the heart of Ljubljana! Center Rog is not just a space, it's a hub dedicated to fostering cultural and creative industries. A place that supports digital fabrication, architecture, engineering, applied arts, design and much more.

Our goal is to build a strong international community of creative individuals and organisations who share our values, and to that end we are open to a wide range of cooperation opportunities. We issue annual calls for partners as well as regular calls for projects that will have a strong environmental and social impact.

If you work in an organization similar to Center Rog and would like to learn more about us with the goal of future collaboration, we invite you to apply for our Study Visit Program. The program also welcomes researchers and journalists focusing on participatory development, maker spaces, place making, creative industries, and other support facilities for applied arts practitioners.

We offer up to 2 nights of accommodation for guests travelling from Europe and up to 3 nights for overseas visitors, during weekdays.

As part of the study visit, we offer:

• Accomodation in our residential studios located on the 3rd floor of Center Rog.
• A guided tour of Center Rog.
• A meeting and lunch with our team.

Please note:

- We can not cover your travel costs however we encourage you to apply for Culture Moves Europe or Erasmus+ mobility funding.

- Study visits are welcome year-round, however between August 1 and December 1 we can not offer free accommodation at Center Rog.
