In November, we transformed the pop-up store on Petkovšek Embankment into Biskvit Butik.
The shelves have been filled by Slovenian designers and artisans, showcasing a selection of unique and functional ceramics as well as other home products.
Featured creators include:
- Alin Kostiov – A visual artist specializing in illustration.
- Anida – A multidisciplinary brand by Anita Miklavčič, known for vibrant colors and charming patterns with a touch of childhood nostalgia.
- Anja (Justa) – Finds inspiration in nature, crafting unpredictable shapes from clay.
- Nika Horvat – A designer creating ceramic jewelry from porcelain.
- Daša's Pottery – A ceramics brand characterized by classic clean lines in modern colors.
- JNŽ Studio – Designer Janža Dolinšek combines organic and geometric elements in her simple clay forms.
- Studio Mache (Simona Žiher) – Offers handcrafted tableware and decorative ceramics with a contemporary touch and elegance.
- Maruša Mazej – A ceramic designer and artist who experiments with shapes, material melting points, and color blending like on a painter’s canvas.
- NaiveTableware.com (Vanja Bazdulj) – Raw yet elegant ceramics inspired by punk and hipster culture, embracing the beauty of imperfection.
- Tati – A ceramics brand inspired by childhood, featuring illustrated, blooming, colorful, and pattern-filled works.
- SALTO DIONYS – A micro-craft association founded by Rok Oblak, producing limited series of eclectic yet functional tableware using a custom clay-pressing device.
- Sapervedere (Živa Pinterič) – A ceramic designer working primarily with the Japanese nerikomi hand-building technique.
- Čaj za 2 – Ceramic pieces by Barbara Gogala, inspired by geometric forms with a focus on safe and durable glazes.
Biskvit Butik will be hosted in the pop-up store at Center Rog until the end of November. You are warmly invited to visit the shop on Petkovšek Embankment, open Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
