On Tuesday, May 28th, at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, the fashion show of students from the Department of Textile and Clothing Design will take place in the main hall of Center Rog. Tickets are available at the Made in Rog store.

The project on the design theme CONNECTIONS encourages collaboration, inclusivity, involvement, reflection on the values of today's society, and fosters connections among designers within creative processes and collaboration between designers and the environment with an emphasis on sustainable and ethical considerations and creative solutions.

Through personal stories, students reflect, interpret, and explore various themes in the field of textile and clothing design. Their collections establish a field of reflection when it comes to interpersonal connections, empathy, collaboration, assistance, overcoming prejudices, and inclusivity. They provoke reflections on values in the new present and meaningful future in the field of design, appealing to today's known ways of operating and living, to new norms in aesthetics, to clichés often replaced by entirely new ones. They highlight questions about the relationship between artificial intelligence and its implementation in design processes, the relationship between digital and manual, virtual and real, tradition and future. In the search for new sustainable solutions, the classic merges with the avant-garde, parallel to contemporary methods of creation and communication. Through the "CONNECTIONS" project and fashion as a reflection of the spirit of the times, the collections of young designers boldly reflect current feelings, thoughts, and changes in contemporary fashion.
