TAPESTRY CREATION – EVERYTHING WE DO IS OURS!

Join us in creating an extensive tapestry at the Center Rog. Since November 2023, we have been working on a large collaborative project, hand-sewing a tapestry using the quilting method that represents the story of Center Rog. In the past, tapestries have conveyed dramatic narratives, provided food for thought, and offered entertainment. Our tapestry includes scenes from the times of the Rog factory, featuring creators from various artistic fields represented by the Center Rog, surrounded by the architecture of Ljubljana and the Slovenian landscape with its flora and fauna. Our vision is to co-create as a community, so we would like to invite all skilled crafters who wish to creatively contribute to the beginning of our story and bring life to our empty walls.

Note: Knowledge of hand textile techniques and sewing is essential for participating in the group.

The gathering of the participants begins at the entrance hall of the Rog Center, five minutes before the agreed-upon time.
