Meal planning with plant-based meals for the whole week
17. 9. 2025

The workshop is designed for everyone who wants to learn the basics of planning and preparing plant-based meals and discover how a plant-based diet can improve health, contribute to environmental protection, and save time in everyday cooking. It is suitable both for beginners and for those already familiar with plant-based eating who are looking for fresh ideas.
We will explore the principles of a plant-based diet, plan a weekly menu together, and prepare three delicious, balanced meals (e.g., breakfast, lunch, and dinner) that can be combined and stored. You’ll also learn handy tricks for quick ingredient prep, using spices, incorporating fermented foods, and making the most of seasonal produce.

In the practical part, we will also taste the dishes and analyze their flavors, nutritional value, and storage options. You will take home a collection of tried-and-tested recipes for everyday use, along with practical knowledge that will make organizing your meals at home much easier.
About the mentor
The workshop will be led by Tjaša Ribič, a qualified dietitian who gained her culinary experience as a head chef in a vegan kitchen in New Zealand, where she lived for two and a half years. She is passionate about creating recipes, food photography and videography, as well as nutrition consulting. She advocates for plant-based eating as a tasty, nutritious, and health-promoting choice that can positively impact various health conditions. She chose this way of eating for health reasons, out of love for animals, and to reduce her environmental footprint. For her, veganism is a lifestyle that brings energy, joy, and creative inspiration — everything she does, she does with love.
