Engraving glasses [10.2.]

The workshop will involve children decorating a glass made from recycled bottles according to their preferences. They will be introduced to three cold glass processing techniques that enable drawing and creating patterns and reliefs on the glass surface - engraving, etching, and sandblasting.

Each participant will first conceptualize their design for the cut and ground glass from recycled bottles based on their imagination. With the assistance of mentors, they will then create a unique glass piece, which they can take home at the end of the workshop.

The workshop will be led by glass lab mentors Brigita Gantar and Nika Šantej, specifically designed for children aged 8 to 14.

Participants are expected to gather 5 minutes before the agreed-upon time in the entrance hall of Center Rog. Children will participate in the workshop without parental supervision.

The workshop will proceed with a minimum of 6 registrations. In the event of non-execution, participants will be notified at least two days before the program's commencement.

Transfer of workshop participation to another person is possible; however, notification should be provided at least 24 hours before the start via email at info@center-rog.si.
