Call for applications for the use of project studios at Center Rog is now open

The public call is intended for companies, non-governmental organizations, and individuals with a registered business or self-employed status who are developing a socially and environmentally responsible and useful physical products, prototypes, or materials.

There are an estimated 7 project studios available at Center Rog with two planned move-in dates: For 5 studios in April 2026 and for 2 studios in September 2026. Center Rog reserves the right to independently allocate the selected projects in terms of time and space.

An informational online meeting for applicants will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the following link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87470627681 (The meeting will be held in English).

Foreign applicants are welcome to apply; however, in accordance with the General Administrative Procedure Act (ZUP), all documentation required by the open call must be submitted in Slovenian.

• Attachment 1: Applicant’s declaration
• Attachment 2: Proposal for preparing a visual presentation of the project
• Attachment 3: Sample contract
• Attachment 4: Currently valid house rules

Applicants must also include the following mandatory attachments with their application:

• Attachment 5: Applicant’s portfolio
• Attachment 6: Video presentation
