Public Call for Bids for Leasing Business Premises for Commercial Activities

The Public Institute Center Rog is announcing a public call for bids for the lease of real property managed by Center Rog, specifically part of a property – business premises for conducting commercial activities at Trubarjeva cesta 72, 1000 Ljubljana.

The planned retail spaces are intended for visitors of Center Rog, as well as for local and random visitors who wish to enjoy a quality and diverse offer of local products.

The retail spaces will be dedicated to the sale of products, with priority given to those related to the target fields of Center Rog (e.g., products from local creatives, agricultural products, workshop materials such as filament, wood, paper, etc.), and, if possible, locally produced goods.

The tender documentation will be available throughout the duration of the call (from December 9, 2022, to January 11, 2023) on the Center Rog website or in physical form at the Center Rog office at Wolfova ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana.
