We are looking for a Head of the Food Lab

The Head of the Food Lab is a foodie with strong organizational skills and a vision to put Center Rog’s Culinary Lab on the international map of similar culinary organizations. This is a curious and self-driven individual who embraces challenges, especially when it comes to developing new programs. They are ambitious and eager to dedicate part of their career to the unique opportunity of shaping a culinary laboratory within a young public institution that fosters imagination, innovation, and a collaborative, friendly work environment.

The Head of the Food Lab will be responsible for designing and implementing a regular schedule of workshops and courses, establishing a culinary startup hub in Ljubljana, maintaining and developing relationships with external partners and tenants, and connecting with similar organizations abroad. Their role will also include organizing high-level masterclasses, with great creative freedom in curating programs, selecting collaborators, and shaping content.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of challenges and sees Center Rog as an exceptional opportunity to grow their professional career within a young, dynamic, and innovative organization. The position will initially be contract-based, with the potential for permanent employment in the future based on performance.
