Center Rog and the Oloop Institute successful in the Ministry of Culture’s call for proposals – connecting culture and health

The project is based on an innovative integration of craft-based creativity, community experience, and preventive approaches aimed at strengthening mental health. In the modern, well-equipped laboratories of Center Rog, 24 participants will explore ways to build resilience, self-reflection, and balance between work and personal life through two sets of workshops – jewelry making and ceramics.

The Oloop Institute plays a key role in the professional design of the programme. For more than two decades, it has been developing approaches that use art as a tool for social activation, personal growth, and the well-being of communities.

As part of the project, we will first train mentors and creative workshop facilitators to work with the target group and prepare a methodological framework with recommendations for transferring the programme to other organisations and environments – from workplaces to community centres. In the second phase of the project, we will carry out the workshops with selected participants from the target group and monitor the outcomes, which will be published in an online handbook.
