Slovenian Red Cross: The Meeting Place Cooks

You are invited to a free cooking workshop, The Meeting Place Cooks, organized in the cooking lab in collaboration with the Slovenian Red Cross.

The workshop is intended for socially disadvantaged individuals of various age groups. In the modernly equipped cooking lab, we will build new interpersonal connections and learn responsible food practices. Along the way, we will explore new food preparation techniques, discover new flavors, and develop our (culinary) creativity.

The Meeting Place Cooks will take place twice a month.

Dates:

• Thursday, October 10, from 9:30 AM to 1 PM
• Thursday, October 24, from 9:30 AM to 1 PM
• Thursday, November 7, from 9:30 AM to 1 PM
• Thursday, November 21, from 9:30 AM to 1 PM
• Thursday, December 19, from 9:30 AM to 1 PM

Participants gather 15 minutes before the scheduled time in the entrance hall of Center Rog. Please store your personal belongings in the lockers shown to you by the mentor.
Do not arrive late, as this disrupts the workflow. In case of delay, we cannot guarantee entry into the lab.

The program is conducted in Slovenian unless otherwise noted.
