Predavanje arhitekta Borisa Podrecce ob razstavi Delto reke spremeniti v morje

On the occasion of the exhibition Boris Podrecca: To turn a river delta into a sea, we would like to invite you to a lecture by architect and lecturer Boris Podrecca, which will take place on the opening day of the exhibition, at 17:00, in the Small Hall of the Center Rog (1st floor).

Boris Podrecca (b. 1940), alongside his international architectural activities since the 1980s, has also influenced the visibility and development of Slovenian architecture. With the exhibitions on Plečnik and Fabiani in Vienna and the groundbreaking exhibition on Plečnik in Paris in 1986, he put Slovenian 20th century architecture on the world architectural map. He brought the world to Slovenia through his engagement and guest lectures at the Piran Days of Architecture and regular collaboration with the Slovenian architectural and artistic profession. He has also left his mark with his built architecture, public open spaces, interiors and buildings of various scales.

After the lecture, you are also invited to visit the exhibition and to the opening reception at 7 pm in the Great Hall of the Center Rog (1st floor).
