Poprav'c and E-Transformer 2.0 at Center Rog

Has your hand mixer, microwave, or electric lawnmower broken down? Don’t buy new appliances if you can learn to repair them yourself! Join us on Thursday, September 11, 2025, from 10:00 to 14:00 in the Park izbrisanih in front of Center Rog, where we’ll teach you how simple maintenance can extend the life of your appliances.

As part of the Slovenia Circular Economy Hub 2025 event, which runs from September 10–12, 2025 at Center Rog, an educational vehicle called E-TRANSFORMER 2.0 will be parked in the center’s park on September 11 2025.

Visitors will find interesting information about the circular economy and electronics, and they will also have the opportunity to repair small household appliances.

Program on the vehicle:

09:00 – 15:00: Tour of the vehicle and its highlights

• Mini and maxi educational films
• Retro appliances from the “dinosaur era”
• Magical magnets and their recycling transformations
• Classic computer games from the time when screens were still boxes
• And many more fun surprises

10:00 – 14:00: Poprav'c (Repair Café)

Every device, regardless of age, model, or problem, deserves a second chance. Why should your kettle, iron, or toaster end up in the landfill at the first malfunction when it only needs a little technical care? Don’t know how to fix it yourself? No problem! We provide the best repair expert, Siniša Martin (creator of 100 videos Itak, da se da), who will guide you through the repair. You’ll actively participate and learn hands-on skills to repair your appliances in the future—just as a proper repair café should.
