Clay Extrusion Workshop
21. 6. 2025

As part of Summer Museum Night, join us for a drop-in workshop where we’ll be making candle holders from (air-dry clay). Using a mobile clay press, we’ll extrude the clay through various molds and then carve out candle holders with specially designed tools. A small selection of candles will also be available. Participants can take their creations home. You're warmly invited!
*No registration needed – just drop in and create.
The workshop is part of the accompanying programme to the exhibition Future Legacies of the MADE IN Platform.
About the mentor:
The workshop will be led by Rok Oblak from the micro-craft collective Salto Dionys. Using the custom-built clay press, he produces limited series of decorative objects made from natural and recycled clay, including fruit and nut bowls, flower pots, vases, and tea cups.
