Nerdy Derby Race [2nd Meeting]

1. Neighbor Day - Create, Collaborate, and Celebrate with Us

Join us at the FabLab as we create a wooden track for the Nerdy Derby race cars. We'll design the layout, cut the parts using CNC milling and laser cutting, and prepare the components for the cars, which racers will assemble on June 1st for the big race.

At this meeting, we'll be assembling the track for the Nerdy Derby race. You're also invited to join us on Wednesday, May 8th, when we'll be cutting track parts with CNC milling and laser cutting.

Participants should meet 15 minutes before the agreed time in the entrance hall of the Center Rog. Please, before the start of the program, put your personal belongings in the locker rooms. Do not be late for the program. In case of delay, entry is not guaranteed - once the creative process begins, it is no longer possible to join in!

On Saturday, June 1st, the first Neighbor Day will take place in the Erased Park all day long. It's an event that brings together residents of the neighborhood as well as organizations, clubs, institutions, and anyone else who feels like a neighbor, even if they're not directly adjacent. It's a day meant for relaxed socializing, getting to know one another, and participating in various activities that we'll organize together. On this day, Center Rog will open its doors wide, offering numerous free workshops, house and lab tours, sports activities, a community picnic, a stuff swap, and more, all the way until the evening when we'll conclude with a concert.
