Laser Cutter Training in slovenian language

Our FabLab is equipped with two laser cutters, one with an area of 300x500mm and another with an expansive 1600x1000mm workspace. The laser cutter training program focuses on safety protocols, approved materials for machine use, various cutting techniques, and vector creation for laser cutting. Participants will gain insights into where to find or how to create vectors suitable for laser cutting applications.

During the training, we will guide participants through the process of preparing files for laser cutting and operating the machine effectively.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to schedule machine time, operate the laser cutter safely, and advance their projects through the utilization of this powerful tool.

Training is suitable for participants aged 14 or older.

Participants should gather 15 minutes before the scheduled start time in the entrance hall of Center Rog. Please store your personal belongings in the lockers, which the mentor will show you. Please be on time, as late arrivals disrupt the workflow. In the case of a delay, entry to the lab cannot be guaranteed.

The program will be conducted in Slovenian unless otherwise stated.

In case of cancellation, you will be notified two days before the scheduled start.

If you are unable to attend the program, the registration fee is non-refundable, and it is not possible to change the date. You can transfer your participation to another person, but please notify us at least 24 hours before the program begins at the email address: fablab@center-rog.si
