Did you know that crochet is popular all around the world—and even in space? In 2013, American astronaut Karen Nyberg crocheted a dinosaur, marking the first instance of crocheting in zero gravity.
Join our crochet circle and discover the numerous positive and even therapeutic effects of working with textiles. Together, we’ll strengthen our skills and learn both basic and advanced crochet techniques. You’ll get familiar with the entire process of creating a crocheted piece, from the initial idea to the final product. We’ll master basic and complex stitches, learn to read and create patterns, and share practical tips for future projects using wool or recycled textile materials.
The circle is designed for teens and adults interested in crochet and working with wool. Participants only need very basic crochet knowledge, and the program is open to both experienced crocheters and hobbyists. We’ll learn it all...

Register and pay the fee directly to the mentor via email at ivana.drakulicova@gmail.com.
The fee for the entire crochet circle, running from November to May, is €50 per person.

About the Mentor:
The workshop will be led by Ivana Drakulić. She has been passionate about crocheting since her childhood and enjoys learning new things with her crochet hook. Originally from Slovakia, Ivana has conducted numerous workshops and crochet courses for adults and children in Ljubljana, Vrhnika, and the museum in Bistra.
