Arduino Microcontroller Programming

Do you want to create your own smart device, robot, or even lighting effects that flash to the rhythm of your favorite songs? In this workshop, we'll use the Arduino microcontroller to load melodies like the legendary Never Gonna Give You Up, Tetris, and even music from Star Wars!

But that's not all – we'll have buttons and a motion sensor, so your Arduino project can also become a controller for playing games! Arduino offers endless possibilities to turn your imagination into reality.

In this workshop, you will learn:

• The basics of programming and electronics in a fun and creative way
• How to 3D print your product
• How to connect components like buttons, LEDs, motion sensors, and mini speakers
• How to program a controller for gaming
• Logical thinking through programming in C++

Participants are requested to gather 15 minutes before the scheduled time in the entrance hall of the Rog Center. Please store your personal belongings in the lockers shown by the mentor. Do not be late for the program, as this disrupts the workflow. In case of a delay, we cannot guarantee entry to the lab.

The program will be conducted in Slovenian, unless stated otherwise.

In case of cancellation, you will be informed two days before the planned start.

If you cannot attend the program, fees are non-refundable, and rescheduling is not possible. You can transfer your participation to another person; please inform us at least 24 hours before the start of the program at the email address: fablab@center-rog.si.
