In the Shelter of Creativity: Participate in Pilot Workshops in the Ceramics Lab and the Jewelry Lab
Center Rog, in collaboration with Zavod Oloop, is running the pilot project In the Shelter of Creativity, through which we aim to develop a sustainable approach to linking creativity and mental health. The project’s activities combine craft-based creation and community experiences while also incorporating preventive approaches to avoid burnout and promote mental well-being. They encourage the development of resilience, self-reflection, and the pursuit of balance between work and personal life.
In the first phase of the project, mentors from Center Rog will, under the guidance of Zavod Oloop, be trained to independently plan and carry out activities and to design two craft workshop programs, which will run as pilot sessions in the Ceramics Lab and the Jewelry Lab between January and March 2026.
Women employed in caregiving and educational professions are invited to participate in the pilot workshops. The National Mental Health Program Resolution 2018–2028 recognizes employees in these occupations as a high-risk group for burnout, prolonged stress, and psychological difficulties.
The goal of the project is to develop a methodology in the field of connecting craft activities and mental health, which will allow for repetition, expansion to other craft practices, transfer to different environments, and accessibility as a digital manual.
1ST WORKSHOP SERIES – JEWELRY LAB: January–February 2026, on Mondays, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM

In the pilot group, we will accept 12 participants per series (24 in total), who work in caregiving and educational professions and are willing to participate in the research. Participation is free, and participants commit to attending all five sessions upon registration.
