Public call for tenders for leasing a café with a terrace at Center Rog

The public institute Center Rog is leasing a café/bar located on the first floor of the renovated former Rog factory at Trubarjeva cesta 72 in Ljubljana. The total area is approximately 270 m² (including interior space and a terrace overlooking the Ljubljanica River). Expected opening: summer 2023. The starting monthly rent is €1,500, excluding utilities.

We are looking for a partner offering quality and affordably priced drinks and snacks, who will also engage with and support the vision of Center Rog through their programming.
