Form - Volume - Detail Architectural workshop
In November 2014, Seminar studio Jurij Sadar in collaboration with New York City College of Technology - CUNY, Faculty of Architecture UL and RogLab organised the international architectural workshop Form - Volume - Detail led by professor Joseph Vidich.
Participants of the advanced international workshop focused on the development of parametric detailing, material tectonics and mass customisation in CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) fabrication through computational and handcrafted solutions.
About the mentors
Jurij Sadar is currently professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana. Co-founder of the SADAR+VUGA architectural office, he is focusing on open, innovative and integral architectural design and urban planning. Jurij lectures at architectural schools, conferences and symposia in Slovenia and abroad, and has received numerous awards for his work.
Joseph Vidich is an architectural designer, maker and educator based in New York City. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at City University of New York, College of Technology.
