Clothing Repair Workshop

The workshop is intended for everyone who has clothes they would like to repair/adjust/modify. You will learn how to properly repair your second-hand clothes: shorten trousers, hem the edges of skirts, dresses, coats, correctly remove shoulder pads, tailor a shirt, patch holes, etc. The final result will be a wearable garment that you couldn't wear until recently because something about it didn't suit you.
With the assistance of Uroš Topić, the head of the textile lab at Rog Center, and mentors Ana Melja and Zala Hrastar, you will gain basic knowledge of sewing, hemming, seam pressing, mending holes, embellishing with embroidery, and more.
